Jonathan's Japan Journal (ジョナサンの日本日記)

The name's Jonathan. I studied Japanese at The Yamasa Institute in Okazaki, Aichi in Japan for two years until March 2008. This bilingual weblog is a personal journal of thoughts and experiences related, sometimes in tenuous ways, to Japan, its language, and to my journey to understand them both better. はじめまして。僕はアメリカのジョン。 2006年4月に、初めてアメリカを出て来日し、岡崎市のYAMASA言語文化研究所で日本語を2年間勉強した。 2008年3月に帰国し、アメリカの生活に戻ったが、心がまだ日本にあるようである。 このブログは最初には日本生活の日記であったが、現在は日本語の勉強の一部として、あるいは日本に関する知識を高めるために書き続いている。 日本と日本語に限らずコンピューター・任天堂・囲碁などにも興味あり。よろしく！ メールはjontarouアットマークgmail.comに、どうぞ。
